• Bulleted points (one to two words)
• One or two images a slide
• One background
• No more than 3 fonts (Titles, Bulleted points, Citations) 
• No animation
• Contrast background with font color
• Balance slide
• Check spelling and grammar
• Provide parenthetical citations on all slides

Images

Audio

• Library cd collection located on the upper level of the library. Only download 1 audio file per cd (academic purposes only)
• iTunes, Amazon or other online music store (purchase individual song titles for small fee)

• Office 365 allows insertion of videos from web
• Hyperlink  (will save file space and avoid copyright infringement) 

Available for loan at the library circulation desk:

• VGA adapters for Mac users

The loan period for the above equipment is 2 hours. Borrowers are responsible for the return of the equipment.
