Mitchell College Photo IDs

Required for all Mitchell students, faculty, and staff.

Why do I need an ID?

Campus Safety requires that all faculty, staff, and students carry photo identification at all times.

IDs are required in order to access:

  • Residence Halls
  • Yarnall Fitness Center
  • Mitchell College Library (including off-campus access to electronic resources)
  • Dining Hall (meal plans and staff discounts)

IDs are also used at all FollowMe printers for easy login.

How to get an ID

New IDs are created at the library.  Stop by anytime during our Special Services hours. The first ID is issued free of charge.

Replacement IDs can be printed on the spot by visiting the library.  Replacements cost $25 for students (charged to the student's account) and $10 for faculty/staff (cash or check only).

Students are responsible for registering replacement IDs with Dining Services in order to prevent fraudulent use of lost or stolen ID cards.

Damaged IDs can be exchanged at the library for new IDs, free of charge (must surrender damaged ID to qualify for free replacement).
