Username Not Recognized

Make sure you have entered your LIVE ID correctly using the following formats:

Current students (registered for classes during Summer 2009 or later) - firstname.lastname@my.mitchell.edu

Alumni who graduated in Spring 2009 or earlier - lastname_firstinitial@alumni.mitchell.edu

Alumni who graduate after Spring 2009 - firstname.lastname@alumni.mitchell.edu

If none these LIVE ID formats works for you, please contact the Support Center (supportcenter@mitchell.edu; 860-701-5190) to confirm that your account has been setup.

Incorrect Password

Click the "Forgot your password?" link just under the login area. You will be prompted to reset your password either by using your location information and secret answer or by having password reset instructions sent to you by email to the alternate email address you designated during the email registration process.
