Please help us maintain this unique collection of College history by following these guidelines:
- The Mitchell College Archives may be accessed by the campus community from 8:30-5:00, Monday through Friday by appointment and accompanied by library staff.
- Community members wishing to use the collections must make an appointment with library staff. Duration and extent of visits are subject to staff availability.
- All patrons are required to sign in with the library front desk staff upon arrival and are kindly asked to wash and dry hands before handling archival materials.
- Coats, backpacks and other belongings are to be left outside the room.
- Pencils and laptops may be used to take notes. Pens and other writing utensils are not allowed.
- Photographs (without flash) may be allowed; please inquire.
- Food and drink are not allowed.
- Materials should all be treated with care. The use of particularly fragile materials may require the use of cotton gloves and staff assistance.
- Archival materials do not circulate, therefore must stay in the library. Items may be scanned or photographed with permission from library staff, please inquire.
