Presentation Apps for Students

The complete Office 365 desktop app (which includes PPT, Word, Excel, etc...) is available to Mitchell students. Students can download the Office software to 5 personal devices. Contact the library if you need assistance. 

Microsoft PowerPoint includes several free AI-powered features that can enhance your presentations:

1. Designer: This feature suggests design ideas to improve the look of your slides. It can automatically generate layout options based on the content you add.

2. Presenter Coach: This tool provides real-time feedback on your presentation skills, such as pacing, use of filler words, and more. It helps you practice and improve your delivery.

3. ChatGPT PowerPoint: This feature helps you get started with a presentation by providing an outline based on your topic. It includes suggestions for sections relevant content.

4. Record: This tool allows you to record your PPT presentation as a video. The tools includes video overlay, teleprompter and annotation tools. 

1. AI Prezi: This feature provides design templates to improve the look of your slides.

2. Hidden Features: Learn how to unlock important hidden features that provide better structure content and customizes the look of sections.

3. Record: This tool allows you to record your Prezi presentation or slides as a video. Some of the recording tools may not be available in the Basic version.

1. Recording:: Create recording of presentation with camera view embedded in slides (up to 30 minutes).

2. Interactive Q&A: This tool provides real-time feedback on your presentation skills, such as pacing, use of filler words, and more. It helps you practice and improve your delivery.

3. Turn on Laser Pointer: This feature allows the presenter to highlight key points or graphics.

4. Alayna AI: One a few free Google AI tools that generate slides and images in Google slides. Free AI are limited in capacity.
