LIS Home: About Us

The Library is a brick building attached to the Bond House on the southeast corner of campus. 

The Library is near Pequot Avenue on the main campus, directly across from Henry Hall.

Parking is available at Henry Hall (Admissions) and along Pequot Avenue. Handicapped parking is also available near the library's main entrance.

From Providence/Boston via I-95

1. Take exit 84S toward downtown New London. Go 0.5 miles.
2. CT-32 E becomes Eugene O'Neill Drive. Go 0.9 miles.
3. Turn RIGHT onto Governor Winthrop Boulevard. Go 0.2 miles.
4. Turn LEFT onto Huntington Street. Go 0.1 miles.
5. Turn RIGHT onto Jay Street. Go 0.2 miles.
6. Jay Street becomes Truman Street. Go 0.3 miles.
7. Continue straight through the light onto Shaw Street. Go 0.5 miles.
8. At the first traffic circle, continue straight on Shaw Street.
9. At the second traffic circle, take the 1st exit onto Pequot Avenue. Go 0.6 miles.
10. At the stop sign, continue straight on Pequot Avenue.  Go 0.6 miles.

From New Haven/New York via I-95

1. Take exit 83 toward CT-32 N/Norwich/Downtown New London. Go 0.4 miles.
2. At the traffic light, go straight onto Huntington Street. Go 0.7 miles.
3. Turn RIGHT onto Jay Street. Go 0.2 miles.
4. Jay Street becomes Truman Street. Go 0.3 miles.
5. Continue straight through the light onto Shaw Street. Go 0.5 miles.
6. At the first traffic circle, continue straight on Shaw Street.
7. At the second traffic circle, take the 1st exit onto Pequot Avenue. Go 1.2 miles.
