• Access the current syllabus template.
• Upload your syllabus (for each course, every term) for Division chair review and approval.

  Event Management

• Reserve campus spaces and schedule related event support (room setup, dining, and IT).

  Follett Textbook Adoption Resources

• Adopt textbooks so they will appear in the college's online bookstore
• Log in with your self-registered account and password (Mitchell email recommended)

• Set up office hours for students to view; report academic concerns
• Students can schedule appointments with tutoring, advisors, and library support online

 Student Code of Conduct

 Transportation Requests

• Schedule group transportation to and from off-campus locations.

 UCM iContracts

• Login provided by the Business Office. Access is based on college role.

 Zoom

• Licensed accounts are assigned by OIT. Username/password is defined by the individual user (not network-connected).

Access to these sites is based on college role (contact OIT for assistance).

Office365 Password Reset

Passwords must be changed every 180 days (6 months). If your password stops working for Moodle and other systems, try resetting it online.
